投资者保护 中小股东 网络参与 公司价值

本文以沪深股市2011 ~ 2013年上市公司为样本，利用社会公众网络投票的数据，研究投资者保护、中小股东网络参与及其经济后果。研究结果表明：投资者保护程度越高，公司价值越高；中小股东网络参与积极性同样能够提升公司价值；并且在投资者保护和中小股东网络参与共同作用下公司价值得到更明显的提升。本文的研究为提升投资者保护和促进中小股东网络参与率提供了政策支持。
