中国农业科学院将根据考生初试成绩，对符合国家进入复试基本要求的考生实行差额复试，择优录取。被录取的硕士生第一学年均须到教育部指定的基础强化培训基地接受培训，然后进入硕士阶段的学习。所有被录取的考生录取类别均为定向，且须签订定向协议。在职考生与所在单位签订协议书；非在职考生（含应届本科毕业生）与生源所在地省级教育行政部门签订协议书。硕士生毕业后必须回定向地区或单位连续服务至少5年。
