本文构建了融资约束条件下企业的进口决策模型,并基于2000-2006年中国工业企业数据与海关数据的匹配数据,检验了融资约束是否对企业的进口决策有显著的影响。本文对资本品进口和中间品进口加以区分,提出了两种不同性质的进口与企业融资约束之间关系的差异性。引入汇率因素,检验汇率变动对融资约束与中间品和资本品进口关系的影响。
