结构性成本动因是指决定企业基础经济结构的成本动因，主要包括规模、整合、地理位置、技术、学习与溢出以及多样化等，这六种结构性成本动因相互作用、共同影响企业成本。通过建立结构性成本动因的资源分配模型和基于低成本、差别化两种战略的结构性成本动因控制模型发现，在可利用资源一定的前提下，企业应根据自身发展战略综合考虑不同结构性成本动因的影响，合理分配企业资源，实现企业成本最小化和价值最大化。
