近日，著名中欧事务专家、国际法学院常驻教授弗朗西斯•施奈德所著的《欧洲联盟与中国基本文件与评注》中文版由社会科学文献出版社出版。该书也是国际法学院跨国法律研究领域的最新成果，收录了中国与欧洲联盟国家从1949年建国至2008年交往过程中的各类文件原文，通过珍贵的文献资料与详细阐述搭建了人们了解中国法与欧盟法的知识平台，是研究中欧关系不可多得的工具书。
由法学院胡德胜教授与博士生许胜晴共同完成的论文“Opportunity, Challenges and Policy Choices for China on the Development of Shale Gas”（中国发展页岩气的机遇、挑战与政策选择）近日已由专业国际权威期刊Energy Policy（《能源政策》）在线发表，即将正式出版。
2013年5月10日，中国人民大学法学院海关与外汇法律研究所成立大会暨首届国际学术研讨会在中国人民大学举办。海关总署、国家外汇管理局、商务部及其他相关机关、团体的有关领导以及业内专家学者、律师、企业界人士近百人应邀出席大会，并就“ 海关与外汇管理法制建设的展望 ”议题进行了学术研讨。
