从创新动机视角出发,基于自我决定理论,运用扎根理论研究方法,构建了员工主动创新行为双路径产生机制模型。研究结果表明,员工主动创新行为的产生从阶段上可以分为动机形成与行为产生两阶段,从产生路径上包含由内部动机主导的内部价值驱动与认同动机主导的外部价值驱动双路径。研究结论揭示了员工主动创新行为产生机制的“黑箱”,丰富与补充了个体创新行为理论体系,为后续相关实证研究提供了初步的理论框架,也为组织在管理实...
